If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

If you need to return your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please provide the order number and the reason you are returning the item. A member of our customer service team will contact you with further instructions.

Please allow 14 business days from our receipt of your return for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, store credit, or a different product. Refunds to credit cards are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return or cancellation. For more information about your credit, please contact the card’s issuing bank.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the order is incorrect, defective, or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days if any of those situations occur with your order. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any other related information upon receiving your package. A member of our customer service team will contact you to resolve your case as quickly as we can.

Our transactions are conducted in USD. If you are using a credit card in another currency, your order will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate by your card’s issuing bank.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must have No visible signs of wear or use. Original tags and packaging must be still on the product.
